Lose weight in 10 days without exercise

It is a great challenge to be able to lose weight in a short period of time and it is even greater challenge to lose weight without exercise. In this post we explain how to lose weight in 10 days. Since our goal here is not to use exercise, we should concentrate more on what we eat and drink.

The first step in this challenge is to decide how much weight you want to lose in these 10 days. This is important because by having this target you will be able to make the necessary calculations on how many calories you should save on a daily basis. Let’s assume that your target is to lose 3 pounds. This is equivalent to 10500 calories as one pound is aprx 3500 calories. In other words, in order to lose 5 pounds in the next 10 days you need to reduce the calories you consume by 10500. If you divide this number by 10 then you need to save 1050 calories per day. This is very difficult to achieve without exercise but there are some tricks to help you out.

Do not drink any regular soft drinks: If you are used to drink 2 regular soft drinks per day, this is equivalent to aprx 600 calories. By skipping soft drinks you immediately save 600 calories!

Do not eat red meat: This is a temporary measure and you should only follow that for 10 days only. Red meat has a lot of calories and for the next ten days should be avoided.

No more sweets or chocolates: Sweets and chocolates have a lot calories and fat. For fast results these have no place in your diet.

No milk or sugar with your coffee: Everyone drinks at least a couple of coffee drinks per day. If you put sugar or milk then this adds to your weight without understanding it. For the next 10 days drink your coffee black.

Cut off snacks: Do not consume snacks between meals. Instead you should eat small meals more often. For the next 10 days forget about the classic 3 day meals and instead eat smaller regular meals. In your meals you should definitely include fruits, vegetables, salads and low fat yogurts. Try to eat good in the morning and very light in the afternoon.

Fill your stomach with water: Drink as much water as you can. This will help your body get rid of unneeded substances from the body and also it will keep your stomach full and away from calories.

For sure trying to lose weight fast is not a good option. The proper way on how to lose weight correctly is the healthy way. Gradual and slow weight loss will bring long lasting results.
